This isn’t just another surfskate deck—it’s a fusion of longboard flow and surfskate dynamics that opens up entirely new possibilities for creative expression. Whether you’re carving deep turns, hanging ten on the broad nose, or finding your flow through fluid footwork combinations, the Bigfoot delivers a riding experience that’s both familiar and thrillingly new. Welcome to the evolution of surfskating…
Wide at the Axles for More Control & Easier Cross-Stepping
After much experimentation, I’ve discovered that longboard decks feel and perform best when they are wide at the axles.
Longboards that are narrow at the axles are more prone to sliding, and therefore give you less control.
The other benefit of going wide at the axles is that it makes for a more uniform width along the full length of the deck.
This makes cross-stepping much easier than on decks with varying widths along the length, such as pintails.

Broad Nose for Hanging Ten
The broad, square nose enables you to “hang ten” much easier than on decks with narrower noses.
Concave for Ease of Rail-to-Rail Transfer
Most longboard decks are flat with no concave. I developed my own molds with 1 cm of concave on the Bigfoot.
This makes the rail-to-rail transfer smoother and more effortless when pumping.
Perfectly Balanced Wheelbase for Ideal Pumping Feel
The wheelbase specifications were also determined by much experimentation. The front bolt holes are 4” from the nose, and the rear bolt holes are 7” from the tail.
These measurements make for the perfect wheelbase balance. If the wheelbase is any wider, it is harder to pump. If it is any narrower, you lose the ability to stand on either the front or rear, which means you lose space for cross-stepping.
Extra Large Wheelwells to Prevent Wheelbite on All Surfskate Trucks
The extra large wheelwells were developed by testing for wheelbite on all surfskate trucks.
You can use any surfskate truck on the Bigfoot with no concern of wheelbite on up to 70mm wheels.
The other benefit of the large wheelwells is that it reduces the weight.
10-Ply Maple for the Perfect Flex and Light Weight
10 layers of maple also makes the deck light weight. It weighs just 7 pounds 8 ounces.
Straight Tail for Easier Storage
Many longboard tails are curved and don’t allow to do this.
